Alnico 8 Permanent Magnets for Inner Magnetic Voltmeter
The Alnico (Aluminum, Nickel, Cobalt) family was introduced in the 1930’s. It’s characterized by excellent temperature stability, high residual induction, and relatively high energies and resistant to corrosion. These were the first materials specifically designed for permanent magnets to be used in meters and instruments commercially.
CHARACTERS
1) Compact crystal, high intensity, good chemistry Stability, strong anti-corrosion.
2) Even elements, excellent and stable magnetic performance;
3) Excellent temperature stability (temp. coefficient of Br is the smallest among all of the other permanent magnets.)
4) Highest usage temperature reach 500 Celsius
5) Suitable for small volume and complex shape and magnet assemble for sintered Alnico.
APPLICATION
1) Inner magnetic voltmeter/ammeter, electronic type power energy measuring instrument, avometer, flow meter;

Widely applied in high stability fields as aviation, space flight, and military technology.lnico is vailable in both cast and sintered forms. Sintered Alnico offer slightly lower Magnetic properties but better mechanical characteristics than cast Alnico. These materials are brittle, hard and cannot effectively be machined by conventional techniques other than by grinding.
